Refunds & Return Policy
At Carroll Cosmetic Club, we strive to ensure satisfaction with each product purchase. However, please review the following refund and return policy before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations only if the request is made before the product has shipped. Once a product has shipped, we cannot process cancellations. To request a cancellation prior to shipping, please contact our office immediately.
For Defective Products
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:
Returns: We do not accept returns for any other reason. Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement.
Process for Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may ask for photos of the defect and, if applicable, will provide instructions for a replacement.
Shipping Costs: If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item and send a prepaid shipping label. The client is responsible for shipping costs on any other returns that we may exceptionally approve.
Customer Remorse
We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased due to changes of mind, sizing issues, or any form of customer remorse. All sales are final once the order is placed.
