Botox® and Xeomin®
A smoother, more refreshed look begins with the reduction of lines and wrinkles.
30 minute duration
Get a smoother, more refreshed look by reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
How it works...
Wrinkles are what we see on the surface, but right beneath them are nerve muscles. By injecting a micro-dose of neuromodulators into the end of those nerves their impulses are temporarily blocked. This allows the facial muscles to relax, resulting in skin that looks softer, smoother, and renewed.
Why we love it…
This is an FDA-approved treatment that has been used medically since the 1970s. When administered with our level of care and precision, neuromodulators do wonders for the skin. They’re highly effective and give it a beautiful, renewed, and smoothed-out surface that looks natural. Best of all, you’ll have absolutely no downtime.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Here what our patients have to say
You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers.
-
If you are between the ages of 18 and 65, consult with your dermatologist to find out if Botox is right for you. The best candidates for cosmetic Botox treatments are usually men and women bothered by facial lines and wrinkles – particularly those along the forehead and between the eyes. You should not get Botox injections if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from any type of neurological disease.
-
Botox injections are in-office procedures performed in just a few minutes. In fact, you can schedule a Botox injection for your lunch hour or on your way home from work. Injections use a very fine needle, which is inserted into the facial muscles. There is very little discomfort during the injection, and anesthesia is necessary.
-
There is a minimal recovery period of approximately 48 hours after getting Botox. During this time, you may experience bruising or headaches. Avoid rubbing your face in areas treated with Botox, and do not lie down for the first few hours after the injections. Keep in mind that results from Botox – though significant – usually begin to fade within 4 to 6 months. You’ll need to return for retreatment periodically.
-
After your treatment: No lying down for 4 hours; no exercise/working out for 24 hours; no facials for 1 week.
-
You sure can! The great thing about this treatment is there's virtually no downtime. You might have small red bumps that look like bug bites at first, but they usually go away within the hour and you can waltz back into work with no one the wiser.
-
Noticeable results should appear around 3 to 5 days. Skin starts to feel tighter; you should see less movement and wrinkling in the injected areas. It can take up to 2 weeks to see the full results. If you have static lines & wrinkles, they may begin to lessen over time and with repeated treatments.
-
Just like everyone’s hair grows at its own pace, everyone's results last for different lengths of time. But typically, you can expect results to last 3-4 months.
-
Again, everyone's different. Some people choose to let results wear off completely and then come back for another treatment when ready. But if you want to come back in 3 months, we'd love to see you.
-
Your body metabolizes the neuromodulator over 3-4 months and flushes it out of your system as muscle movement gradually returns.
-
Beneath every wrinkle is a muscle nerve. Neuromodulators work by blocking the muscle nerve's signals that control its impulses. Injecting small doses of neuromodulators allows the facial muscles to relax, minimizing the look of wrinkles and giving you that smoother, softer look you're after.
-
While it's pretty low on the pain threshold, we’re more than happy to numb you with a topical analgesic if you like.
-
It can happen, but in our experience, not very often. This type of result is very rare, occurring less than 0.1% of the time. Our highly-skilled specialists are trained in how to administer services and treatments for the best aesthetic results with the highest level of safety. This undesirable outcome, however unlikely, is fortunately both temporary and addressable.
-
Headache, minor bruising or swelling at the injection site are the most common but still rare side effects. Others are much less common, but we're happy to discuss them with you during consultation if you're concerned.
-
We recommend avoiding neuromodulator treatments during pregnancy and while nursing.
